Went for oil change tire rotation and courtesy inspection. Several mileage based services were recommended and I chose to have them done. The advisor kindly offered options other than waiting. I chose to wait. The job was done when expected. I am glad to have this service department to rely on.

I accidentally scheduled as a drop off for oil change, not a wait for service. I arrived at lunch time (my scheduled time) and had to be out within an hour due to my work schedule. The staff accommodated me and got me in and out in about 45 minutes!

Hertrich Chevy of Denton is a no-nonsense dealership. Straight forward and honest. Ashton took very good care of us. If I had any recommendation for improvement, it would be to eliminate the bizarre policy of providing only one key at closing, and having to wait for the second key to be sent from the parent dealership. When you hand over $100K for a new vehicle, the sale, and all extras, should be ready to go. Other than than - great experience.
