    Henry who works in service is great!!....He took the time to talk to me on 2 different occasions on the phone and help walk me through issues I was having with my truck...He then was able to get me in around my schedule and have my truck fixed...He went above and beyond to help me out... Hertrich's should feel very fortunate to have an employee like Henry....
